Standard remote assessment: £350

For sight-loss-related difficulties that can be explored within a 60–75 minute telephone or video assessment, covering up to three agreed priorities. You receive personalised written recommendations and appropriate signposting.

Broader or more complex assessment: individual quote

If your needs require more time, more than three detailed priority areas, coordination with others or specialist consideration of additional disabilities, health or communication needs, we will explain the additional work involved and provide an individual quote before you decide whether to proceed. Having another condition does not automatically mean a higher price.

We aim to review your circumstances within two working days and confirm whether the £350 standard assessment is suitable or a more detailed assessment is appropriate. This initial review is not an assessment or diagnosis.
If the standard assessment is suitable, we email the secure £350 payment link and service terms. If a broader assessment is needed, we explain why and send a personalised quote and relevant terms instead. You decide whether to proceed.
Once you accept the offer and payment is confirmed, we arrange your remote assessment and gather any further information needed.
